- All Classes, Class Packages, and Monthly passes have an expiration date, and must be completed by the end date mentioned on the class package card or pass. If you are unable to complete your class or package before the specified on the package card time due to an illness, injury or any other circumstance you must notify the studio by an email addressed to the Owner of the studio (not your instructor) ASAP.
