Welcome to Dance On Main Ballroom Studio! Dance above the beautiful lights in the heart of downtown Rochester. Home now known to some of the greatest studio parties and Big Band Dance Events in the state, Dance On Main continues to create a positive and supportive, energetic atmosphere where everyone can learn to dance in a friendly, comfortable setting.

This modern, 5000 sq ft ballroom studio is owned and operated by husband & wife, Bryan & Mari Bowen, who believe that dance above all else should be FUN. Bryan, a military veteran from New York and a professional musician, and Mari, a professional dance instructor with 15+ years experience and a highly ranked dancesport competitor, they have the knowledge and professionalism to create an atmosphere where both music & dance can come together and thrive in this exciting environment.
