Brighton Ballet Theater is distinctively known and liked for the exceptional performance opportunities we provide to our students. Our ballets are specifically created for the children by our Artistic Director and Principal Choreographer Edouard Kouchnarev. Unlike in other professional dance schools in New York City, all students at Brighton Ballet Theater have a unique opportunity to perform full-scale ballets with costumes and scenery, which usually are only reserved for adult dancers. In addition to our students gaining invaluable experience in the discipline and the creative process, these performances also bring a different awareness to the children in the audience, who watch their peers on the stage as the heroes and heroines of the fantastical world.
