Playwright and screenwriter Vincent Victoria offers the groundbreaking film "The Dichotomy of HMcDaniel", the first non documentary narrative film about the first African American Academy Award Winner Hattie Mc Daniel. Produced by Vincent Victoria Presents, The film is funded in part by the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance.
