Something Rotten! is a Broadway musical with music and lyrics by Wayne Kirkpatrick and Karey Kirkpatrick and a book by Karey Kirkpatrick and John O'Farrell, directed by Araceli Radillo. Set in the Renaissance, the show follows brothers Nick Bottom (Bryson Beavers) and Nigel Bottom (Garrison Roller), two struggling playwrights who attempt to create the world's first musical after a soothsayer (Tim Bass) predicts that the future of theater involves singing, dancing, and acting all at once. The cast also includes Joseph Vondra as William Shakespeare and Anna Mitchell as Bea Bottom. The production features Broadway references, musical numbers, and comedy aimed at teens and adults.
