Peter and the Starcatcher at North Texas Performing Arts Repertory Theatre

Peter and the Starcatcher takes you on a high seas journey with an unnamed orphan to a mysterious island to find his life as the eternally youthful Peter Pan. Originally a novel, written by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, Peter and the Starcatcher was adapted into a Tony award-winning stage play by Rick Elice. With direction by Ryan Matthieu Smith, choreography by Raymond Govender and fight choreography by Jonah Gutierrez, Peter and the Starcatcher is a show of boundless charm and energy, combining Pirates of the Caribbean antics with the wry wit of Monty Python, all anchored by an astounding ensemble at North Texas Performing Arts Repertory Theatre.

The cast of 12 plays a multitude of characters with a huge amount of zest and imagination. The cast features Kennedy Styron (Boy, Peter Pan), Avery Baker (Molly), Lindsay Lintelman (Black Stache), Caleb Pieterse (Smee), John C. Hogwood (Lord Aster), Benjamin Bratcher (Bill Slank, Hawking Clam), David Helms (Mrs. Brumbrake, Teacher), Kelton Neals (Alf), Duncan Michael (Gremkin, Fighting Prawn, Mack, Sanchez), Shane Morgan (Captain Robert Falcon Scott), Taylor Mercado Owen (Prentiss) and Dayan Rodriguez (Ted).

Join Molly and the lost boys as they battle the dashing pirate Black Stache and his crew to keep their treasure safe and save the world! Discover an island where a time table is never planned and dreams are born. Witness a nameless lad be christened Peter Pan, the boy who never grew up.
