Directed by Van Quattro, Bucket List Productions and Lewisville Playhouse are delighted to present the classic Pulitzer Prize winning play, Long Day’s Journey Into Night by Eugene O’Neill, in its full & uncut glory. Considered by many to be the greatest American play ever written and published 25 years after O'Neill's death, this intense, autobiographical tale "written in tears and blood" according to the author himself, follows a remarkable day in the oceanside household of the dysfunctional Tyrone family as they navigate day into night through pain and hope as the fortitude of their family bonds are tested by the encroaching fog of the past.
