Carrie: The Musical brings Stephen King's haunting tale to life on stage, focusing on Carrie White, a teenager grappling with bullying and her own telekinetic powers. Directed by Christie Vela, the production features Jordan Lage in the titular role, alongside Cara Serber as her fanatical mother, Margaret. This co-production with Southern Methodist University showcases emerging talent, with a unique visual exhibition from Booker T. Washington High School. The musical's powerful score and immersive performances delve into themes of isolation and empowerment, building towards a dramatic and unforgettable climax.
