WaterTower Theatre proudly presents The Full Monty July 22 - August 15. WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin directs The Full Monty, which is the final production of the Company's 2009-2010 season. This production is made possible, in part, by AT&T Real Yellow Pages.

The Full Monty, with book by Terrence McNally and music and lyrics by David Yazbek, is the Tony Award-nominated musical about six unemployed steelworkers in Buffalo, NY. To make things worse, Jerry Lukowski is behind on child support and may lose his son as a result. When a touring male strip show is a hit with the steelworkers' wives and their friends, Jerry comes up with the idea of earning quick cash by putting on a similar show with himself and his buddies. So why would anyone come see a bunch of out-of-shape local guys strip? Jerry has the answer: They'll go all the way; "the full monty." But The Full Monty is not really about stripping. It's the touching and funny story of a group of down-and-outers who reclaim their self-respect by working together and reaching an unexpected victory. Drop everything and see this revealing musical comedy with tremendous heart. This show contains adult situations and language.

The Full Monty cast of 23 features Max Ary, Megan Kelly Bates, Stephen Bates, Feleceia Benton, Jessica Cavanagh, Christopher J. Deaton, Bryan Dobson, Pam Dougherty, Mary Gilbreath Grim, Michael Isaac, Jason Kennedy, Ashley LeGrow, Guinn Powell, Jenny Thurman, John Venable, and Scott Zenreich. Scenic design is by Bob Lavallee, Costume design is by Michael A. Robinson, Lighting design by Jason S. Foster and Sound design by Curtis Craig. The production is choreographed by Paula Morelan with Music Direction by Mark A. Mullino.
