The Realistic Joneses
Produced by WaterTower Theatre
Written Will Eno
Directed by David Denson
Starring Diana Sheehan, Jim Crawford, Justin Locklear and Martha Harms
In The Realistic Joneses, we meet Bob and Jennifer and their new neighbors John and Pony, two suburban couples who have more in common than their identical homes and their shared last names. As their relationship begins to intertwine, the Joneses must decide between their idyllic fantasies and their imperfect realities. This contemporary comedy explores how our joys and sorrows -- and how we choose to face them -- can come to define our lives.
Will Eno is the Obie, Drama Desk, and Lortel Award-winning American playwright whose works have been produced around the country and on Broadway. His play, Thom Pain (based on nothing) was a finalist for the 2005 Pulitzer Prize in Drama.
