The Luckenbooth Theatre Collective is proud to present A Most Peculiar Man, a new work (and world premiere) by local Playwright and Director, Kayla Hildebrand and the first production in their season of all original works. A Most Peculiar Man, directed by Jordan Sanchez, will run July 12 - 15, 2018 at the Stage Notes School of Music and Arts Studio in Keller. The ensemble cast features local actors August Riehle, Andrew Manning, Corrine Christopher, Bruce Agnew, Megan Hildebrand, Rakesh Podupati and Lyndi Wade.
The creative team, in addition to Jordan Sanchez as Director, includes Dillon Vineyard as Stage Manager and Jonas Hayes as Lighting Designer. As part of the Collective's overall vision, each member of the cast and crew played an important role in the production's design.
In A Most Peculiar Man, Aaron is a writer who lives in New York with his brother, Charlie. After a humiliating interview about his new book starts trending, Aaron must come face to face with people he thought were in the past, including who he used to be and who he is now. But how can he communicate in a world that has no patience to listen to him?
Individual tickets to A Most Peculiar Man are currently on sale through Tickets to the City and The Luckenbooth Theatre Collective Facebook page. Tickets are $15 for general admission with special discount for students, seniors and the military. Their preview performance on July 12 will be "pay what you can" (with a suggested minimum donation of $1).
