Rover Dramawerks will continue their 15th Anniversary Season with the award-winning drama Other People's Money, by Jerry Sterner. Performances will be at Rover's new theatre venue in Plano, located in Ruisseau Village at 221 W. Parker Rd, Suite 580, at the northwest corner of Parker and 75. Performances are tonight, February 19 - March 14, 2015, with shows on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m., plus an additional matinee performance on Saturday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m.

Wall Street takeover artist Lawrence Garfinkle (played by Robert Dullnig) has a computer going tilt over the undervalued stock of New England Wire & Cable. If the stockholders back his takeover, they will make a bundle but what will happen to the 1200 employees and the community when he liquidates the assets? Opposing the rapacious financier are the genial man who has run the company since year one (Tom McWhorter), two devoted members of his staff (Nancy Lamb and Michael Partyka), and a young lawyer who specializes in fending off takeovers (Molly Bower). This compelling drama explores whether corporate raiders are creatures from the Black Lagoon of capitalism or realists. Winner of the Outer Critics Circle Award for Best Off Broadway Play.

Paul McKenzie serves as director of Other People's Money and also designs the set. Darcy Koss is Stage Manager, with lighting design by Jack Piland and sound design by Jason Rice. Costumes are by Shanna Gobin, and props are by Lindsey Humphries.

Tickets for Other People's Money are $16.00 on Thursdays and the one Saturday matinee and $22.00 on Fridays and Saturdays. Thursday, February 19 is Preview Night, and all seats are $10.00 in advance online or "pay-what-you-can" at the door. After the show on Friday, February 20, patrons can join the director, cast, and designers at Rover's First Friday Insiders party for an additional $10 per ticket.

Tickets for Other People's Money and First Friday Insiders may be ordered online at www.roverdramawerks.com, and season subscription packages are also available. For more information about Rover Dramawerks, please visit them online or call 972-849-0358.
