Rover Dramawerks continues their 17th Season with the hilarious British farce, Move Over Mrs. Markham by Ray Cooney and John Chapman. Performances will be at Rover's theatre in Plano, located in Ruisseau Village at 221 W. Parker Rd, Suite 580, at the northwest corner of Parker and 75. Performances run May 4-27, 2017 on Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 p.m. and on Saturdays at 3:00 and 8:00 p.m.

This riotous farce exposes the intricacies and complications that ensue when three different sets of hopeful lovers (Christian Black and Julia Kendry, Eddy Herring and Vera Brumley, and Katrina Jones and Deron Wade) all converge on the bedroom of the Markham's (Molly Bower and Gary Eoff) supposedly empty flat, assuring a hectic and hilarious evening for all, especially when you add a conservative children's book author (Nancy Lamb) to the mix!

Paul McKenzie serves as director, with Jessica Morris Herrmann as stage manager. Set design is by Abby Kipp-Roberts, with lighting design by Melissa LeCompte and sound design by Chuck Moore. Costumes design is by Sakura Brunette, with props designed by Sara Jones.

Thursday, May 4 is Preview Night, with all seats $10.00 in advance online or "pay-what-you-can" at the door. Following the show on Friday, May 5, Rover will host their First Friday INSIDERS reception, where patrons can meet the cast, director, and designers.

Ticket prices for Move Over Mrs. Markham are $22.00 Friday and Saturday nights and $16.00 on Thursdays and matinees, with $2.00 discounts for students and seniors. Group discounts are also available. Tickets may be ordered online at www.roverdramawerks.com, and season punch cards and season samplers are still on sale for Rover's 17th Season.
