"My Life My Power and the Dallas Mavericks basketball team are today hosting from 4:30 to 7 p.m. an amazing pre-game Anti-Bullying/Personal Branding Youth Rally," says MLMP founder and executive director Daniel Puder. "During the rally, students will partake in a jam-packed hour of motivational and inspirational speakers who offer encouragement for attending on how to prepare for their future."

Also featured is a red carpet meet and greet featuring Disney Channel's Kenton Duty from the television show, "Shake It Up". Immediately following that portion, students will be attending the Mavericks game.

"I am excited to be launching My Life My Power's 1st Annual Pre-Game Youth Rally in partnership with the Mavericks," Puder says. "It is extremely gratifying that this National Basketball Association team is dedicated to making a difference for students by bringing inspiration and a positive message of personal branding to the youth in Dallas which is putting a stop to Bullying, Drugs and gangs."

"My Life My Power would like to thank the Dallas Mavericks for donating the location, tickets to the game, and snacks for the students. We would also like to thank Community Loans Cares for sponsoring My Life My Power's Program throughout Texas, with a focus on the Dallas and Houston communities, along with graciously covering the travel costs of having approximately 1,000 students to the event along with donating the program to over 5000 kids within the state of Texas this school year. If it was not for our amazing sponsors, who truly have a desire to help our youth and their futures, we would not be able to make such a huge impact and lasting difference in the state of Texas," Puder says.

For this event, the following School Districts, Youth Programs, and Court Youth Diversion Programs are involved: Dallas ISD, La Port ISD, Grand Prairie ISD, McKinney ISD, La Porte Juvenile Court, the Texas Crime Prevention Association (TCPA), Bastrop Sheriff's Office, as well as the Texas Association of School Resource Officers (TASRO). In regards to support from National Program, includes, but not limited to the National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO), the National Association of School Safety & Law Enforcement Officers (NASSLEO), President's Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition, and the National Police Athletics/Activities League (PAL).
