The production incororates to comedies that explore the parallel loves of 4 people. A Rainy Afternoon explores the trials and tribulations of two young people that first meet at a park bench and develop a crush. A Sunny Morning is about a chance meeting of two elderly people at the same bench in which they discover that they had a torrid affair with each other fifty years earlier. Both plays though written a century apart intertwine to tell the greater story of love and its consequences.

We will have 2 special shows in celebration of Valentine's Day. On Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14 at 8 Pm we will do our traditional Chocolate & Roses show. Every theatre patron that night will receive a rose and chocolates. Chocolate and Roses performances have become an annual tradition for many MBS Productions patrons, so buy tickets in advance to ensure admission.

MBS Productions was founded in 2004 by Mark-Brian Sonna when he produced the show "Theatre of Death" which was presented at the Teatro Dallas space for the Halloween season. The show consisted of 6 short plays dating from the middle ages through the present day all dealing with Death. Two of the plays were world premiers, three were new translations, and one was an adaptation of an existing work. This set the tone for what was to come. In 2005 MBS did a second show of Theatre of Death to kick off a 3 show season that lasted through the summer of 2006. The 2006/2007 season consisted of 5 plays. MBS Productions currently produces 6 shows a year as well as assist and serve as consultants to other theatre companies in developing and producing new and existing plays for audiences.
