KD College will present the Spring 2012 Black Box production, David Ives' All in the Timing, directed by KD faculty member, Niko.

It's a collection of short comedies, spinning absurd tales of love, language, missed opportunities, music, Marxism and monkeys. Ives uses wordplay in his one-act plays “to support the notion that people have a better chance of connecting with each other if they never speak.” All in the Timing consists of zany comedies all linked through the theme of time. Ives, an award-winning playwright, takes the audience on a veritable roller coaster of excitement and exploration.

Time Magazine's Richard Corliss calls it, "Theatre that aerobicizes the brain and tickles the heart." The fun, casual, community settings for the production bring Ives’ raucously clever script to vibrant life. Audiences are sure to delight in these light-hearted, but nonetheless thought-provoking, short comedies.
