House Party Theatre announced today the addition of two new members of its leadership team to support the production of local, non-traditional theatre and advance the company's vision of uniting and developing an independent network of creative, self-generating individuals who insist on providing the best work.

Longtime company members Brady Stebleton and Claire Carson are joining the leadership team at House Party Theatre as Directors of Operations.

Brady holds a BFA in Acting ('13) from Southern Methodist University and has an extensive background in theatre and musical production. His first production with House Party was the inaugural play of the Dallas office, The Bald Soprano (2014), and he has continued to act, write, and direct since. Claire graduated from SMU in 2014 with a BFA in Theatre Studies, Playwriting emphasis, and has also been with the company since its early days. She has written, produced, and acted in numerous original plays with House Party and other companies, and her most recent work, SHADOW WOMAN, opens October 14 as House Party Theatre's latest Halloween show.

Since arriving in Dallas in 2014, House Party Theatre has focused its efforts entirely on making live theaTre Cool again. House Party is extraordinarily excited to welcome Brady and Claire to the fold as Directors of Operations, and believes their addition to the team to be not only a catalyst for future growth, but a firm step in the direction of continued artistic and company integrity.

As Chief Executive Chris McCreary puts it: "As we continue to exponentially grow, I am ecstatic with the new official members of our team. Brady and Claire both bring an uncompromising professional and artistic work ethic that complement one another, the team, and the brand in fresh new ways that will enhance and enrich our customer's experiences. At the end of the day, it's all about who's on your team - we've got some badasses."

House Party Theatre is an independent theatre company specializing in non-traditional theatre events. Our mission is to work as much as possible, wherever possible, with as many different artists we love as possible to build autonomous work of uncompromising quality. Our vision is to unite and develop an independent network of creative, self-generating individuals who insist on providing the best work, because that's what a paying audience deserves.
