Flower Mound Performing Arts Theatre is pleased to announce auditions for The Artificial Jungle by Charles Ludlam. Directed by Andi Allen and produced by Scott Kirkham.

Audition dates:
Sunday, January 24 - 6 pm - 10 pm
Monday, January 25 - 7 pm - 8 pm
(Callbacks are currently planned to start at 8 pm that night)

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script

Equity and Non Equity contracts available.

Seeking 3 men and 2 women for the following roles:

Frankie Spinelli - a typical inner city cop, preferably with a New York accent (also plays the drag role of Mrs. Muncie, a customer at the pet shop)

Chester Nurdinger - a middle-aged, rather "nerdy" sap

Roxanne Nurdinger - Chester's younger, tramp of a wife

Mrs Nurdinger - a typical mother-in-law

Zachary Slade - a smooth-talking drifter and smoldering hunk

Auditions held at 830 Parker Square, Flower Mound

For the auditions, please bring a current headshot and resume. FMPAT does not accept electronic headshots and resumes.

Rehearsals for The Artificial Jungle are scheduled begin on February 1, 2010.

Performances for The Artificial Jungle will be held Feb 18 - March 7, 2010.
