Driving Miss Daisy, the Pulitzer Prize-winning play, is coming to Casa Mañana Theatre for a one week engagement, April 21 - 26.
Three-time Tony Award nominee and Texas native Sandy Duncan is Daisy Wertham, a wealthy, sharp-tongued, Southern widow who must rely on the services of a new-and black-chauffeur, Hoke. The fiery Miss Daisy immediately regards the introspective Hoke with disdain. This engaging comedy shows the two opposites bond and form an unlikely friendship over the course of 25 years.
