Tanya Barfield's funny new play tells the story of Erica and Vicky, and their relationship which spans decades. Moments of the past collide with fragments of the present in this kaleidoscopic telling of the loves and losses of coupledom. Bright Half Life is a contemporary play with a theme as timeless as the ages. Tanya Barfield is an African-American playwright whose works have been produced around the world. Her plays include The Call, The Houdini Act, Medallion, and The Quick. She also authored a children's musical entitled Civil War: The First Black Regiment.
