President and Executive Producer Wally Jones is thrilled to announce the 2017-2018 Broadway Season at Casa Mañana Theatre.

Casa Mañana kicks off its 2017-18 season with the vibrant Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, September 9-17, 2017; the Broadway hit Evita, November 4-12, 2017; the ultimate story of good and evil Jekyll and Hyde, March 3-11, 2018; and the audience-loving Mamma Mia! June 2-10, 2018. Subscribers will also have the chance to see the Apprentice Program's performance of the riotous Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, August 4-6, 2017.

Any dream will do in the vibrant, family-friendly musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, where Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber dramatize the parable of the biblical saga of Joseph and his dazzling coat of many colors. When his jealous brothers sell him into slavery, Joseph endures a series of adventures where his spirit and humanity are continuously challenged. Set to an engaging cornucopia of musical styles, from country-western and calypso to bubble-gum pop and rock and roll, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is a treat for the whole family.

Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit Broadway musical Evita brings to the stage the dynamic, larger-than-life persona of Eva Peron, wife of former Argentine dictator Juan Peron. The story follows Eva from her young, ambitious beginnings to the enormous wealth and power she gained as Argentina's First Lady. Featuring the popular song "Don't Cry For Me Argentina," this moving and inspiring musical is not to be missed. This show is suitable for most audiences.

An evocative and sweeping musical tale of the epic battle between good and evil, Jekyll & Hyde is based on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic story about a brilliant doctor whose experiments with human personality create a murderous counterpart. Featuring a thrilling score of pop rock hits from Frank Wildhorn and Leslie Bricusse, Jekyll & Hyde tells the saga of these counterparts - one, a doctor, passionate and romantic; the other, a terrifying madman - and the two women in love with him, unknowing of each other or his dark secret. This show is suitable for audiences ages 13 and over.

Over 60 million people all around the world have fallen in love with the characters, the story and the music that make Mamma Mia! the ultimate feel-good show! Writer Catherine Johnson's sunny, funny tale unfolds on a Greek island paradise. On the eve of her wedding, a daughter's quest to discover the identity of her father brings 3 men from her mother's past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago. The story-telling magic of ABBA's timeless songs propels this enchanting tale of love, laughter and friendship, and every night everyone's having the time of their lives!

This show is suitable for most audiences.

An exhilarating and riotous look at one of our nation's founding rock stars, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson reinvents the life of our seventh president. Created by Michael Friedman and Alex Timbers, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson begins with the President's early days as a child on the wild frontier and follows his steady climb from military strategist to populist rabble-rouser to President of the United States. With a raucous blend of outrageous comedy, anarchic theatricality and an infectious score, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson encourages audience participation and rocking out. It's a night about politics you actually won't want to miss! This show is suitable for audiences ages 13 and over.
