Neither rain nor sleet or snow could stop TeCo Theatrical Productions, Inc. from crowning its grand prize winner of the 12th Annual New Play Competition last night. With 116 votes tallied over the two weekend festival, Antay Bilgutay walked away $1,000 richer for his one-act play Strangers In A Chapel.

Playwrights Elle Vernee (Grieve: Simon Bishop Presiding) and Steven Young (Under The Overpass shared the Literary Award this year as determined by the reading committee.
