CASA 0101 Theater will celebrate its 25th Anniversary Season with the world premiere of Mujeres On The Verge, featuring four one-act plays that delve into themes of love, friendship, and unexpected life events. The production, running from February 28 to March 23, 2025, showcases works by talented Chicana playwrights including Lindsey Haley, Mariana Herrera, Maria G. Martinez, and Raquel Salinas, under the direction of Olivia Chumacero, Jacqueline Guido, Karla Ojeda, and Vilma Villela. A diverse cast featuring Alejandro Bravo, Tricia Cruz, and Myrna Velasco brings to life stories that address issues like rivalry among seniors, menopause, caregiving pressures, and addiction.
