BEETHOVEN: Piano Concerto No. 5 in E-flat major, Op. 73 “Emperor”
BEETHOVEN: Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Op. 67
Conducted by Boguslaw Dawidow, the Polish Baltic Philharmonic performs an all-Beethoven program, opening with the composer’s exhilarating Egmont Overture, followed by his Piano Concerto No. 5 in E-flat major, Op. 73, with Marcin Koziak as soloist.
The evening concludes with one of the best-known compositions in classical music and one of the most frequently played symphonies all over the world: Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5.
