Segerstrom Center for the Arts presents its annual Season Preview event highlighting the blockbuster 2015 - 2016 Broadway Series on Monday, August 17 at 7 p.m. in the Renée and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.
During this very special evening, audiences will be treated to exciting live performances from five of the season's hit shows: DISNEY'S THE LION KING, DISNEY'S NEWSIES, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, THE ILLUSIONISTSTM and RODGERS + HAMMERSTEIN'S CINDERELLA. Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase season tickets that night. Artists and program are subject to change.
The Center's annual Season Preview events pack the house, so advance reservations are required. Seating is general admission, and guests can reserve a spot with a $10 per person reservation fee. The $10 fee is credited to the patron's Center account upon attending the August 17 preview. The credit can be applied towards tickets to any Segerstrom Center performance through August 21, 2016. Previously called the Orange County Performing Arts Center, Segerstrom Center is Orange County's largest non-profit arts organization. In addition to the presenting and producing institution Segerstrom Center for the Arts, the 14-acre campus also embraces the facilities of two independent acclaimed organizations: Tony Award-winning South Coast Repertory and a site designated as the future home of the Orange County Museum of Art.
Segerstrom Center for the Arts is also proud to serve as the artistic home to three of the region's major performing arts organizations: Pacific Symphony, the Philharmonic Society of Orange County and the Pacific Chorale, who contribute greatly to the artistic life of the region with annual seasons at Segerstrom Center for the Arts.
