The Theatre @ Boston Court announces the extension of Happy Dyas by Samuel Beckett, directed by Andrei Belgrader, through October 19, 2014. During the extension, Marc Cardiff will replace Tony Shalhoub in the role of "Willie." Shalhoub's final performance is Sunday, October 12, 2014.

Renowned director Andrei Belgrader re-examines this Samuel Beckett classic, newly relevant to a generation burdened by climate change and environmental doom. Brooke Adams plays Winnie, a woman buried up to her bosom in a mound of dirt with nothing to pass the time but the ragged contents of her bag, her nimble wit, and her husband Willie lurking somewhere behind her. This droll, existential allegory demonstrates the vitality of the human spirit in the face of a deteriorating world.

Happy Days is presented on the Main Stage at Boston Court Performing Arts Center, 70 N. Mentor Ave, Pasadena, CA. Performances Thursday through Saturday at 8pm and Sunday at 2pm. General admission tickets are $34 with student and senior tickets available at $29. Tickets can be purchased online at bostoncourt.org or by calling (626) 683-6883.

Boston Court Performing Arts Center is located one block north of Colorado at the corner of Mentor Ave. and Boston Ct. in Pasadena.
