ORANGE COUNTY, CA—Broadway Stars from Shows such as Rent, Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Chicago, and other Greats Gather Together on One Stage in Orange County to Help Raise Funds for Children with Life-threatening Medical Conditions.
On Saturday, October 24, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Orange County and the Inland Empire, a non-profit organization dedicated to granting the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions, will benefit from the proceeds raised at an unforgettable evening filled with music and performances by some of the hottest and brightest stars on Broadway. The concert, BROADWAY WISHES, will take place at the beautiful OC Pavilion Performing Arts Theater located in Santa Ana.
Eden Espinosa and Megan Hilty from the hit show Wicked will be singing together for the first time since the show's run ended at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles back in January of this year. Norm Lewis (Disney's the Little Mermaid, Lés Miserables), Laura Osnes (Grease, South Pacific), Kate Shindle (Legally Blonde The Musical, Cabaret), Stephen Tewksbury (Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon) and Tim Howar (Rent, Tonight's the Night) are also among the stars who will be performing popular musical numbers from some of the most well received shows on Broadway in order to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.The star studded evening will be hosted by Paul Canaan (MTV's Legally Blonde, The Search for the Next Elle Woods; Legally Blonde The Musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie) with special guest musician and host Seth Rudtsky, host of Seth's Chatterbox on Sirius/XM Radio. The evening will begin with a special performance from an exceptional local star.
