The Ridgefield Theater Barn encourages patrons to come in costume and bring their dancing shoes because the Pete Wikul Band returns to their stage on October 29th at 8p for some swinging Halloween fun.
The Pete Wikul Band, a jazz quintet of tenor sax, trumpet, keyboard, bass, and drums, will play quintessential jazz standards and original tunes with their hip, intellectual, and swinging solos sure to grab your attention.
On tenor sax is critically acclaimed Russ Nolan, a New York City jazz band leader, and Scott Wendholt, Grammy Award-Winning Soloist, is on trumpet. Rob Aries, a masterful pianist, will be on the keyboard, with backbone-of-the-band Brian Glassman, on his beautiful, century-old upright bass, and from his seat at the drums, Pete Wikul will swing the band.
As with most Barn shows, the seating is cabaret-style, and patrons are encouraged to bring food and drink to enjoy before the show. Doors open at 7p, and the show starts at 8p.
Tickets are $30 per person. The Ridgefield Theater Barn is located at 37 Halpin Lane. Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made at www.ridgefieldtheaterbarn.org
