Fiddler on the Roof at Axelrod Performing Arts Center

Axelrod Performing Arts Center presents a new production of the beloved musical Fiddler on the Roof, running from November 1 to 24. Set in 1905 Ukraine, the story follows Tevye, a poor Jewish milkman, as he navigates tradition, family, and societal change while raising his five daughters amidst cultural upheaval. Bruce Sabath stars as Tevye, joined by Joy Hermalyn as Golde and a talented cast including Mariia Ivaschenki, Ksana Sergienko, and Yelena Shmulensen. Directed by Daniel Kutner, this production celebrates the timeless themes of resilience and identity within a rich musical framework.
