As a Special Event, The Windham
Theatre Guild presents
Eve Ensler's
The Vagina Monologues. Based on interviews with over 200 women,
The Vagina Monologues give voice to females' fears, hopes, love, and laughter regarding their bodies and sexuality. Audience members will leave with a different perspective on the feminine form. The monologues are witty, moving, compassionate, and at moments hilarious. It's sure to be an enlightening experience!
Directing for the first time is Kim Homans. She's cast wonderfully talented actresses to bring this piece to life on stage.
On Opening Night, Friday, October 4th, everyone is welcome to attend a reception at 7 pm featuring food and casual conversation with Windham Theatre Guild Board members.
The show runs October 4 & 5 at 8 pm and October 6 at 2 pm. As the title implies, this play has adult language and themes and is NOT appropriate for children.
Tickets are $18 for adults, $15 for students and seniors and $12 for UConn, Eastern and QVCC students. For Reservations call 423-2245 or visit windhamtheatreguild.org. Tickets are also available at the door. No Refunds.
