Windham Theatre Guild presents a very special fundraising production of The Sunshine Boys, for three days only, October6, 7 & 8 at the Burton Leavitt Theatre.The Sunshine Boys is Neil Simon's bittersweet comedy about two elderly vaudevillians who have a caustic relationship with each other and are coaxed out of retirement to do one more show together.

The Broadway play was made into a hit movie in the 1970's, starring George Burns and Walter Matthau.This special event stars Jim Hetrick (as the Walter Matthau's role) and Dan Lein (as the George Burns role). Other cast members include Glen Nicholes, VAl Rogers, Lynn Moebus, Dan Bender and Jim York, with the vocal talents of Steve Kaminsky and Bill Emerson.

The show will go up as fund raiser for The Windham Theatre Guild on October 6, 7 and 8. Tickets are $12.00 and can be purchased at the door or you can call the WTG office at 860-423-2245. Showtimes are 7:30pm on October 6 and 7, and 2 pm on October 8.So come laugh and cry and celebrate with us and experience a high quality theatrical event in downtown Willimantic at The Burton Leavitt Theater!
