Tickets are NOW ON SALE TO GENERAL PUBLIC for Merle Haggard!
The performance is Jan 21 at 8pm. Tickets On sale to General Public: Dec 2.
Country music’s outlaw "Honky Tonk" legend Merle Haggard announces a tour stop in Torrington, CT at the Warner Theatre performing selections from his new album "Working in Tennessee" and hit songs from his more than fifty year career as a performer.
There is no one in contemporary country music who has created a more impressive legacy, or one that opens a wider variety of styles...taken as a whole, the body of work that he has created is absolutely staggering.
Few country devotees, be they old-timers or neophytes, are unfamiliar with the craggy Haggard mask of a thousand photographs - that countenance that’s been etched by time and experience like the granite face of your favorite cliff. And even fewer are those who are unfamiliar with the evocative Haggard delivery that has spawned an entire school of country vocal stylists.
In the ever-expanding array of country music stars, hit makers and idols, Haggard walks in no man’s shadow. Instead, he casts a far-reaching shadow of his own. Rare is the country balladeer that has mastered the idiom at so many different levels as has he.
Tickets are On sale to Warner Members Now to Fab Faux!

Formed in 1998, The Fab Faux treat the seminal music of the Beatles with unwavering respect through painstaking recreations of the songs (with emphasis on the later works never performed live by the Beatles). Far beyond a cover band, they play the music of The Beatles so impeccably that one must experience it to believe it. Calling them, “the greatest Beatles cover band – without the wigs,” Rolling Stone senior editor David Fricke wrote, “the Faux invigorate the artistry of even the Beatles’ most intricate studio masterpieces with top chops and Beatlemaniac glee.” Approaching the songs with the intent of playing them live as accurately in musical reading and in spirit as possible, The Faux’s breathtaking performances tend to dispel all concertgoers’ previous notions of a Beatles tribute act.
Also Coming Up at the Warner... The MET Live in HD series- Handel’s Rodelinda on December 3 at 12:30pm.
