Three Performances Added To CURIOUS GEORGE At Playhouse On Park!

The response to Playhouse on Park's Young Audience Series show "Curious George: The Golden Meatball Run" has been so positive that nearly all initial show dates have sold out! Due to the high demand, three additional shows have been scheduled for this feel-good musical, music by John Kavanaugh, book & lyrics by Jeremy Desmon. This show is sponsored by The Miracle League of Connecticut.

Three additional shows have been scheduled for 4pm on: Tuesday December 18, Wednesday December 19, and Thursday December 20.

Based on the books by Margaret and H.A. Rey, everyone's favorite mischievous monkey and his friend in the yellow hat sing and dance up a storm in this adventure-filled musical. On Meatball Day, Curious George helps his friend, Chef Pisghetti,cook some delicious meatballs and serve them to the hungry crowd. Something was keeping the crowd away this year, and that something was Phinneas T. Lightspeed and his speedy Meatballs-o-Matic machine. In despair, Chef Pisghetti vows to cook no more. Determined to help his friend, George goes on a mission to enter the Chef's meatballs in the world-famous Golden Meatball Contest in Rome.
