To launch its 42nd season,
TheatreWorks New Milford is proud to present the Winner of the 2007 Pulitzer
Prize for Drama, RABBIT HOLE, by David Lindsay-Abaire. The show opens
February 20, at 8 p.m., for a four-week run.

RABBIT HOLE charts the journey of Becca and Howie Corbett, a
typical, suburban couple from Westchester County whose world is turned
upside down in the wake of a life-shattering accident. Without
sentimentality or mawkishness, Lindsay-Abaire weaves a simple and honest
tale of loss filled with brilliant dialogue, all-too-familiar characters,
unexpected laughter, and an overriding sense of hope for Becca and Howie's
uncertain future.

"This is one of those stories that could be so overly syrupy and
self-pitying, and yet it isn't that at all," said Director Susan Pettibone
of New Milford. "The author gives us a window into a very 'slice of life'
situation without being over-the-top or schmaltzy. It's very real. And even
in tragedy, we experience moments that are very funny, odd, and outrageous.
It's part of what makes this play so powerful...you can't stop watching;
it's like a book you can't put down."

"We have such a strong cast married with an extremely gripping
story," said Producer and President of TheatreWorks, Richard Pettibone.
"It's really the 'perfect storm' for a great night of theatre, one that will
leave audiences with a myriad of emotions long after they've left their
seats."

RABBIT HOLE features some of the area's finest actors: Heather Nicolson
(Katonah, NY); Rob Onorato (Brookfield); and Kevin Sosbe, Jackie Decho-Holm,
and Sonnie Osborne (all New Milford).

The production crew includes Technical Director, Scott Wyshynski
(Washington); Stage Manager, KC Ross (Thomaston); and Set Designer, Erik
Diaz (Brighton, Mass.).
RABBIT HOLE opened on Broadway at the Biltmore Theatre on
February 2, 2006 and was nominated for five Tony Awards, including best
play. RABBIT HOLE went on to capture the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Drama.
Variety said of the play that "David Lindsay-Abaire has crafted a drama
that's not just a departure but a revelation - an intensely emotional
examination of grief, laced with wit, insightfulness, compassion, and
searing honesty."

RABBIT HOLE runs February 20,21 27,28, March 6,7,8 and 13,14. Curtain time
is 8:00 p.m. Fridays & Saturdays, with a 2:00 p.m. Sunday matinee on March
