TheatreWorks New Milford's is now offering new opportunities for local youths to learn key performance techniques with a new course for kids ages 10 to 15 entitled STAGE ACTING FOR YOUTHS beginning Saturday April 6. Instructor Robin Frome, who has an MA in Dramatic Literature and a BFA in Acting, will be the instructor for this three week course taking place on Saturdays and Tuesdays. The course includes the basics of auditioning, improvisation, solo performance, stage dialects and Shakespeare with ample opportunity for individualized attention. Students will learn basic theatre terms and make a simple craft to take home and put on their own story book play! Fee $35.
