The Windham Theatre Guild brings laughter and fun together again for their next Main Stage production opening Friday, March 25th... The Butler Did It...a spoof of English mysteries with a decidedly American flavor.
Join the fun at eerie Ravenswood Manor, off the coast of San Francisco, where mystery writer and society dowager Miss Maple, invites some well known detective writers to a weekend party where they are to assume the personalities of their fictional characters. Miss Maple has arranged all sorts of scary and amusing incidents. But when a real murder takes place, the guests realize that they're all marked for death. When they're not busy tripping over the clues, the zany sleuths end up tripping over one another
Gordon Hansen returns to the Burton Leavitt Theatre to Direct this clever comedic murder mystery. Starring in the show are Catherine Poirier, Kerin Griffin, Barbara Schrier, Sherry Baine, Kate Maupin, Marc Kronish, Ray LaPointe, Steven Dombrick, John Baine, and Jim Frank.
The Butler Did It runs March 25th through April 9th at 8pm, with a Sunday matinee on April 3rd at 2pm at the Burton Leavitt Theatre, 779 Main Street, Willimantic.
