The Hartt School is proud to announce recent projects of several recent Music Theatre graduates. These talented actors landed various projects throughout the country, many participating National Tours.

Nick Cotter '09 booked the TheatreworksUSA tour of If You Give a Pig a Pancake. TheatreworksUSA is America's largest and most prolific professional not-for-profit theatre for young and family audiences.

Alison Cusano ‘09 was part of the presentation of Factory Girls in the National Alliance for Musical Theatre Festival. She first worked on the project during the 2009 Goodspeed Musicals Festival of New Artists, a partnership-in-training with The Hartt School. The 21st annual Festival of New Musicals was held in New York City on Monday, October 19, and Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street) for a select audience of NAMT members, producers, and other musical theatre industry professionals.

Kevin Duda '99 is in the cast of the national tour of the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Xanadu, which re-launched on December 15, 2009 at the OCPAC in Costa Mesa, CA. The cast is headed by ElizaBeth Stanley and Max von Essen, who kicked off the tour earlier in the year. Kevin Duda plays Thalia/Eros/Cyclops in this production. Anthony Fett '07 is about to begin the NETworks tour of Beauty and the Beast. The show will be in Providence, RI from February 9 through 14, and in New Haven, CT, from May 14 through 16. For more information visit http://www.beautyandthebeastontour.com/.

Christopher Michael Kauffmann ‘07 played Tobias in the Casa Manana Theatre's production of Sweeney Todd directed by Gabriel Barre. The show ran from November 10 through 15, 2009.

Rebecca Kubaska ‘08 will be the Sour Kangaroo on the TheatreWorks USA National Tour of Suessical this Spring. The show will be at the Lyman Center in New Haven, CT on May 6, 2010. For more information visit www.theatreworksusa.org/show_detail.cfm?show=1490.

Jake Ottosen ‘07 has joined the Mummers, a theatre group dedicated to advancing the arts.

Eric Richardson ‘08 was part of the Twelve Irish Tenors at the Palace Theater in Myrtle Beach. The show ran from November 2, 2009 through January 2, 2010.

Kit Treece ‘08 booked the role of Bobby on the A Chorus Line National Tour. The Tour will be at the Palace Theatre in Waterbury, CT from February 26 through February 28, and at the Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts, in Worcester, MA on March 19 through 21. Ryan Baurer Walsh ‘06 booked the First National Tour of Billy Elliot that will tour in Spring 2010.
He will be in the ensemble and will be the Tony Understudy (Billy's Brother). Billy Elliott is the winner of ten 2009 Tony Awards.

Robert Yonskie ‘09 was part of Christmas Rappings Off-Broadway at the Judson Memorial Church in New York City.
