The Capuçon-Angelich Trio will appear as scheduled at Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts on Thursday, January 28, 2010, at 7:30 p.m. The preconcert talk, however, has been cancelled due to the untimely death of the speaker, Dr. Bruce Bellingham.
The evening's program will include Beethoven's Trio No. 11 in G Major, Op. 121a ("Kakadu Variations"); Piano Trio No. 2 in E minor (1942) by Shostakovich, and Brahms' Piano Trio
No. 2 in C Major, Op. 87.
