Come dressed as your favorite faerie tale character. Bring your faerie wings, your magic wand, and most of all, your imagination forDragon Scales and Faerie Tales and help a beautiful faerie hatch a baby dragon from a golden egg – a really big golden egg. Together, the faerie and the audience welcome the dragon, name it, feed it and teach it to talk. Help tell the dragon a bedtime story so he won’t be afraid of the children, who all look so different to him.
Don’t miss an appearance by the Enchanted Gypsy Wagon that sits on the back of a turtle – a really big turtle – driven by a really big hedgehog. More Family Fun Day activities include a “Music Zoo” with the Hartford Symphony Orchestra, balloon animals, wand decorating and many other ongoing activities! A.C.
