THE FUNNY STAGES Comes To Playhouse On The Green 3/15

Playhouse on the Green, Bridgeport's not-for-profit theater company, is proud to announce that New Haven Theater Company brings its unique improv comedy show, The Funny Stages, to Bridgeport for 3 shows this spring. The Funny Stages performs at the Playhouse on the Green (177 State St., Bridgeport CT) on Sunday, March 15; Sunday, April 5; and Sunday, May 3, all at 7PM.

Director Peter Chenot leads the troupe of comedians in audience favorites "This Just In: You Choose the News, We Make it Up", "America's Next Great American Super Hero", "CSI: Crime Scene Improvisation" and "Musical: The Improv" as well as short videos that will to play at the shows and online.

Admission is $10, cash only at the door. Playhouse on the Green's bar will be open at each performance starting 6:30PM.

Playhouse on the Green is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit theater company bringing "community theater with a twist" to Connecticut audiences at its beautiful 228-seat jewel-box theater in the heart of downtown Bridgeport. Playhouse on the Green's mission is to enrich Bridgeport's cultural life by providing an eclectic variety of live Stage Entertainment and arts education programs at an affordable cost, as well as providing opportunities for area artists.
