Playhouse on Park Extends 'SPELLING BEE' Through 7/27

Due to popular demand, Playhouse on Park is extending its run of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. The spellers will continue to compete until Sunday, July 27th. This quirky musical tells the story of six oddball adolescents vying for the grand prize in the annual spelling bee, and learning life's lessons along the way. Don't miss your chance to see a production that has been called "a non-stop delight, even before [it] begins" (Hartford Courant), and "an engaging night at the theater that will have you leaving with a smile on your face" (CT Critics).

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is appropriate for ages 13 and up. This show does include optional audience participation; please arrive early to sign up.
