The area premiere production of Monty Python's Spamalot is directed and choreographed by
Jennifer Werner, the Associate Director of Broadway's The Book of Mormon. Eric Kang is music director.
Monty Python's Spamalot is an outrageous musical comedy lovingly ripped off from the 1975 film classic "Monty Python and the Holy Grail." With music and lyrics by the Grammy-Award winning team of
Eric Idle and
John Du Prez and book by
Eric Idle, Spamalottells the story of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table as they embark on their quest for the Holy Grail. Did we mention the bevy of beautiful show girls, flying cows, killer rabbits, taunting Frenchmen and show-stopping musical numbers?

The Broadway production of Monty Python's Spamalot opened March 17, 2005 at the Shubert Theater, where it ran 1,575 performances. The show starred
