Opera House Players Gets Sunny with ANNIE

Opera House Players, Inc. presents ANNIE - THE MUSICAL at the Broad Brook Opera House, 107 Main Street, Broad Brook, CT 06016 on November 10 through December 3 (Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 2:00 pm). Tickets available by calling the box office at 860-292-6068 or visiting www.operahouseplayers.org. Tickets: Opening Night tickets $17; all other performances $21 (adults) and $17 (under 12/over 60). Group discount available for groups of 15 or more.

Based on the popular comic strip by Harold Gray, Annie has become a worldwide phenomenon and was the winner of seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical. The beloved book and score by Tony Award winners, Thomas Meehan, Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin, features some of the greatest musical theatre hits ever written, including "Tomorrow."

This production of ANNIE features a cast of 26 actors from Massachusetts and Connecticut, including 7 children and a dog. It will be directed by director/performer Robert Lunde, with musical direction from Broadway vocal coach Steven D. Cirillo and choreography by choreographer/performer Amy Bouchard.
