This March, the Northeast Children's Theatre Company (NCTC), a professional not-for-profit theatre company for young audiences and families, continues its inaugural season of productions with "And Then They Came For Me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank," a powerful drama highlighting two incredible tales of survival in Nazi Germany. The show features a book by critically acclaimed author James Still.

A multimedia play combining videotaped interviews of Holocaust survivors Ed Silverberg and Eva Schloss with live actors recreating scenes from their lives, this part oral history and part remembrance breaks new ground and is sure to elicit meaningful conversation at home and in the classroom. The first survivor, Ed Silverberg, was Anne Frank's very first boyfriend who she wrote about in her now-famous diary. The second survivor, Eva Schloss, lived in the same apartment building as Anne and would eventually become her posthumous stepsister.

"And Then They Came For Me..." runs as a limited two-week engagement from Saturday, March 16 through Sunday, March 24 at Fairfield Theatre Company's StageOne in downtown Fairfield. The production is best for Ages 10+/Grades 4+. Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased by calling 203-259-1036 or visiting www.NCTCompany.org.
