Improv Workshops Announced at Playhouse on Park With Visiting Artist Rich Hollman

On Monday, January 23rd, hone your improvisational skill with Rich Hollman!

Coinciding with its production of "The Mystery of Irma Vep", Playhouse on Park is offering improvisational workshops with one of the shows stars, Rich Hollman. In this fun, 2-hour class, The Playhouse on Park veteran, will focus on the fundamentals of long-form improv through a variety of warm ups, exercises, and scene work emphasizing external force, a sense of play, and setting the scene mentally and emotionally. In 2004, Hollman completed his MFA in acting at New School University and began studying improv at the People's Improv Theater (The PIT) in 2007, where teaches the Saturday drop-in class for all levels as well as teaching the PIT's periodic corporate workshops.

Improv workshops are open to high-school aged students (5:30-7:30pm) and adults (8:00-10:00pm), but size is limited and advanced registration is required. Don't miss out of this limited engagement!
