Foxwoods Resort Casino Announces October Entertainment Line-Up

Foxwoods Resort Casino, the Northeast's premier hotel, gaming, shopping and entertainment destination, is hosting a star-studded lineup of entertainment acts this October. Foxwoods' wide selection of entertainment choices includes concerts from Grammy winners, stand-up by comedy's biggest stars and the hottest Halloween party in the northeast. The top-of-the-line acoustics and dazzling lighting at both the Grand Theater and the Fox Theater take the entertainment experience to new heights. Guests at Foxwoods Resort Casino will find everything they can dream of and more!

Freestyle Extravaganza 2015
WHEN: October 3, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Foxwoods welcomes three staples of the Freestyle movement - Stevie B ("Spring Love"), TKA ("Maria") and George Lamond ("Bad of the Heart") - for a night filled with music sure to make you jump out of your seat and dance. Birthed in the '80s, Freestyle's Latin-influenced, dance-pop rhythms took New York City by storm before spreading to the rest of the nation. Old-school veterans Kid & Play, Rob Bass and Sugar Hill Gang are also set to perform along with freestyle stars Cynthia, Judy Torres, Johnny O, Rockell and The Cover Girls. Tickets can be purchased for $38, $58 and $158.

Engelbert Humperdinck
WHEN: October 4, 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater

  • Pop legend Engelbert Humperdinck will take the stage at Foxwoods Resort Casino's Fox Theater ready to wow fans with classics like "After The Lovin," "Spanish Eyes," and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You." Humperdinck has sold over 150 million records during a career that has spanned the better part of five decades and his remarkable voice has delighted millions of fans across the globe. Tickets are $55 and $75.

Massimo Ranieri
WHEN: October 4, 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Massimo Ranieri, Italian pop singer and actor, brings his talents to Foxwoods for an unforgettable night of music and theater. An extraordinary presence and a natural storyteller, Ranieri will dazzle guests, spinning multiple art forms into a cohesive tale of life, love and hope. Tickets range from $79.50 to $150.

Palladin Tours Presents: The Rat Pack Tribute Show
WHEN: October 7, 2:00 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater

  • A tribute to legends Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr., The Rat Pack brings their tour to Foxwoods for a night of Vegas-style music and showmanship. Performers Andy DiMino, Sebastian Anzaldo and Lambus Dean boast an unparalleled chemistry that has kept audiences across the country enchanted. The trio will perform all the classics while backed by a traditional Vegas band. Tickets can be purchased for $39.50

RAIN: A Tribute to the Beatles
WHEN: October 9, 8:00 p.m. and October 10, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater

  • Foxwoods is proud to welcome RAIN: A Tribute to the Beatles to the stage at the Fox Theater. The multi-media spectacular features new songs as well as the classics accompanied by high definition imagery. RAIN will take the crowd on a journey through the career of one of the greatest, most influential bands of all time. The group will perform smash hits like "Let It Be," "I Want To Hold Your Hand" and "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band." Tickets are $45 and $65.

Jake Owen with Special Guest Kristian Bush
WHEN: October 9, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Jake Owen, one of country music's biggest stars, will bring his talents to Foxwoods along with special guest Kristian Bush of Sugarland. Owen has five No. 1 hits including the certified double-platinum smash "Barefoot Blue Jean Night." The lead single off his upcoming album, "Real Life," has already sold over 200,000 copies. He has taken home hardware at both the ACA and ACM awards and been nominated for both a Grammy and a Teen Choice Award. Signed to RCA records, Owen has toured with country luminaries including Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban. Tickets are $39.50-$79.50.

Mark Knopfler
WHEN: October 10, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Foxwoods is excited to host the legendary Mark Knopfler for a night of classic rock and roll music. The former Dire Straits front man has gone on to record eight solo albums and sold over 120 million albums throughout his illustrious career. Known for his exquisite guitar work, Knopfler has won four Grammy Awards and shared the stage with legends like Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton and Van Morrison. Tickets cost $68 and $88 and each pair comes with a free copy of Knopfler's new album, Tracker.

World Series of Fighting 24
WHEN: October 17, 5:30 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • World Series of Fighting returns to Foxwoods with a stacked world championship doubleheader featuring some of the sport's top competitors. Welterweight stars Jon Fitch and Yushin Okami will face off in the main event while heavyweight champion Blagoi Ivanov will defend his title against challenger Derrick Mehman. In a lightweight fight, Vinny Magalhaes and Matt "The Hammer" Hamill will make their much buzzed-about World Series of Fighting debuts. Tickets range from $39.99 to $179.99.

Rodney Carrington
WHEN: October 22, 7:30 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Rodney Carrington - multi-talented comedian, actor, singer and writer - is set to entertain the crowd at Foxwoods for what is sure to be a night of unforgettable entertainment. Carrington has recorded eight major label comedy albums including Laughter's Good which debuted at No. 1 on the Overall Comedy Charts. He also had two television specials air in 2014 and created the YouTube series "Bit by Bit" which can be seen every Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. ET. Tickets cost $35.

The Commission Presents the 70's Soul Jam II
WHEN: October 23, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Soul music returns to Foxwoods with The Commission Presents the 70's Soul Jam II at the Grand Theater. The star-studded lineup includes The Spinners ("I'll Be Around"), The Emotions ("Best of My Love"), Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes ("The Love I Lost"), New Birth ("Wildflower"), Blue Magic ("What's Come Over Me") and The Main Ingredient featuring Cuba Gooding Sr. & Eddie Holman ("Let Me Prove My Love to You"). Tickets are $53-$173.

Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band
WHEN: October 24, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Iconic Beatles drummer Ringo Starr is coming to Foxwoods and he's bringing his All Starr Band along for the ride. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member will perform hits like "It Don't Come Easy," "Little Help From My Friends," and "Yellow Submarine." The All Starr Band includes Todd Rundgren of Utopia, Steve Lukather from Toto, Richard Page of Mr. Mister fame and Gregg Rolie, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member in his own right and former keyboardist for Santana. Tickets are $65-$150.

The Commission Presents Martin Lawrence
WHEN: October 25, 7:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Martin Lawrence - comedian, actor and filmmaker - brings his unique talent to Foxwoods for a night of spectacular stand-up comedy. Lawrence rose to fame as a leading actor in cult favorites like "Bad Boys," "Big Momma's House" and "Blue Streak" before also breaking out as an in-demand touring comedian. Lawrence's contagious energy is sure to entertain the packed crowd at the Grand Theater. Tickets are $68 and $88.

Let's Make a Deal Live! Stage Show
WHEN: October 28, 2:00 p.m., October 29, 7:30 p.m., October 30, 7:30 p.m. and October 31, 7:30 p.m.
WHERE: Fox Theater

  • Foxwoods is proud to present Let's Make a Deal Live!, the on-stage interpretation of the Daytime Emmy-nominated hit TV show. Audience members will be given a chance to compete live and make deals for big cash and prizes. Hosted by Mark L. Wahlberg of "Antiques Roadshow" and "Temptation Island" fame, Let's Make a Deal Live! will give one lucky audience member the chance to win the Big Deal of the Day which is worth over $15,000. Tickets are $30.

WHEN: October 30, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Seminal reggae group UB40 will take the stage at Foxwoods along with Ali Campbell, Astro, Mickey Virtue and special guest Radio Riddler. UB40 has sold over 70 million records in a career that has seen multiple Grammy nominations and an unquantifiable impact on reggae music. Tickets can be purchased for $35, $45 and $55.

Jennifer Nettles with Special Guest Brandy Clark
WHEN: October 31, 8:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grand Theater

  • Jennifer Nettles, lead vocalist for super duo Sugarland, is bringing her unique brand of country music - and Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Brandy Clark - to Foxwoods. Sugarland boasts eight No. 1 singles and have won Grammys, AMAs, ACM Awards, CMT Music Awards and CMA Awards. Nettles has an individual Grammy as well as five ASCAP awards for her boundless talent as a songwriter. Tickets are $50, $60 and $75.

Wicked Halloween 2015
WHEN: October 31, 9:00 p.m.
WHERE: Premier Ballroom

  • To close out the month with a bang, Foxwoods is celebrating Halloween in style with next-level hit DJs Steve Aoki and Shaquille O'Neal - aka DJ Diesel - plus additional special guests. Wicked Halloween will feature costumed performers, themed décor and incredible sound, lights and special effects. Tickets are $35-$100.
