On April 5th at 8:00pm, The CT Improv Cage Match invades West Hartford's Playhouse on Park once again.

In this outrageous competition, the two reigning improv teams battle head-to-head and the audience decides the winner!

Fighting for the title in this month's battle royale are Tick Tick BOOM and Horse Lincoln. While Tick Tick BOOM is a self-described group of "bibliophobes, Satan worshippers, fire-eaters, and a duck", Horse Lincoln is a rag tag group of youngsters from the University of Connecticut that has been performing long-form improv since 2008.

Only one team can come out on top and your vote will choose which goes on to defend their title in the next show at the Hole in the Wall Theater.

This is the fourth in the six night collaboration series between Playhouse on Park, Hole in the Wall Theater, and Hot Cocco Productions and the second of three to be held at the Park Road location. The event is BYOB and tickets are $10 general admission. Don't miss out!

The battle continues Friday, April 5th, 2013. Doors open at 7:30pm and the show starts at 8:00pm. Tickets can be purchased online at www.PlayhouseOnPark.org or at the box office in person or by phone 860-523-5900 ext. 10. Playhouse on Park, located at 244 Park Road, West Hartford, CT 06119, is Hartford's most affordable and intimate professional theater, where the parking is free, the actors are right off Broadway and the back row is just four rows from the stage.
