This intensive training course is designed to prepare high school aged students (entering Grade 9 - Grade 12) for school theatre and college auditions.

In this class actors will work on scenes and monologues. Students will also participate in exercises focused on improving vocal technique and movement for actors. Though the emphasis of this class will be on developing acting skills and not on a final performance, family and friends will be invited to the last class to see students present scenes and/or monologues.

Classes are to be led by Playhouse on Park Artistic Director and Co-Founder, Sean Harris, and available in two sessions beginning July 2nd and July 16th, 12:30 - 5pm.

Prospective students must submit a resume for consideration (send or drop off at Playhouse on Park, 244 Park Road West Hartford, CT 06119). Class size is limited and advanced registration is required. For more information visitwww.PlayhouseOnPark.org or call 860-523-5900 ext 10.
