Four siblings - Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie - are sent to live with Professor Digory Kirke who lives in a country house in the English countryside. When the four children are exploring the house they discover an old wardrobe that leads them into the exciting, never-to-be forgotten world of Narnia. In this amazing adventure they meet the magical and mysterious Aslan, the great lion, who struggles with the White Witch, the pretend queen of Narnia. The witch is determined to keep Narnia in her possession and to end the reign of Aslan. The children set out on a quest to save Narnia from the witch and intense action unfold featuring chases, duels and escapes. All the memorable episodes from the story are represented: the temptation of Edmund by the witch, the slaying of the evil wolf by Peter, the witnessing of Aslan's resurrection by Susan and Lucy, the crowning of the four new rulers of Narnia, and more. This story of love, faith, courage and giving, with its triumph of good over evil, is a true celebration of life.
