Tickets for LU’s production of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast can be purchased at the door or online through showtix4u.com and searching Liberty Union.
1) We have 102 kids in the cast and 21 in our crew, grades 2-12. We include every student we possibly can in a way that will allow them to shine. Some students are in their 3rd Liberty Union musical.
2) We work hard to give the kids a top notch theater experience. From professional looking sets and special effects to intense choreography and vocal training we push the kids to perform their best and create a product the whole community can be proud of.
3) We are budget conscious, utilizing recycled materials and donations as much as possible.
4) Aside from 2 supplemental contract positions, the musical is entirely self funded. Ads, donations, and ticket sales cover all of our expenses and set us up for a great next production.
5) The memories last a lifetime. The cast and crew work over 3 months to build an unstoppable team. They sacrifice a great deal of their precious time and energy to create a 2 1/2 hour masterpiece. The directors and crew leaders are passionate about what they do and give it 100% alongside the students.
